If you need someone to look after your rabbits or guinea pigs while you are away on holiday we can provide experienced, caring attention, and comfortable safe accommodation at reasonable rates. We have had many years of experience looking after rabbits and guinea pigs so you will be leaving them in safe hands while you are away. Please contact us to discuss their accommodation requirements and care details.
While they are with us we can also give them routine worming and parasite treatments, ( Panacur & Ivomec ), daily grooming, and trim their nails if needed.
Prices:
1 rabbit / guinea pig - £ 2 per day
2 rabbits / guinea pigs
( housed together ) - £ 3 per day
Boarding Terms and Conditions
On arrival all rabbits will be checked over for signs of illness, infections, contagious diseases and general condition. We are unable to accept any that have an infectious/contagious disease or if we consider them to be unwell. You are welcome to bring them to us prior to the arranged booking for a check up if you are at all unsure about their condition.
Rabbits should be vaccinated at least 3 weeks prior to their stay.
We will provide every care and attention necessary to maintain their health and well being.
We can administer probiotics, wormer and parasite treatments and clip nails if required.
Please inform us of any special diets or requirements. Unless instructed otherwise we will feed Wagg Optimum pellets and hay.
If your rabbit becomes ill during their stay we will attempt to inform you or your emergency contact. If we feel they need to see a vet, any fees will be the full responsibility of the owner.
We will provide any extra care needed and administer any treatments necessary.
In the extremely unlikely event that your pet becomes ill, sustains an injury, or passes away whilst in our care, we can accept no liability.
Please use a suitable, secure travel box when transporting them.
All charges are to be paid for in full, in advance (cheques will only be accepted at least 21 days prior to stay, and are non-refundable) or pay cash on arrival.
Please tell us in advance what time you will be collecting on the agreed departure day.
We wont charge for the last day if collection is before 1pm.
